Robyn Osgood, APR
Principal of Blueprint, Robyn is a skilled strategic communications planner and consummate project manager. She earns the trust of clients through her ability to manage the sensitivities and diverse interests associated with complex multi-stakeholder engagements. She approaches every project as an exploration, always letting the findings guide the development of strategies and tactics. Intuitive and quick to anticipate client needs, Robyn brings both decisiveness and calm to projects.
Robyn has undergraduate and graduate degrees in public relations from Mount Saint Vincent University and holds a Diplôme d’Études Françaises from Université de Paul Valéry, Montpellier, France. She was named Communicator of the Year by the Ottawa-Gatineau chapter of the Canadian Public Relations Society. She is a United Way Ottawa Board member, and a member of the Canadian Public Relations Society.
Isabelle is a bilingual, experienced practitioner and strategist with a diverse background in enterprise digital strategy, business process improvements, customer engagement and marketing. For almost 20 years, she has been helping organizations such as the Ottawa Senators, Giant Tiger, Major League Soccer and the City of Ottawa make strategic investment choices in digital that will deliver the most value to the business and their customers.
Isabelle has developed a methodology to quickly assess an organization's digital maturity and readiness, and has conducted audits for the professional sports and entertainment industry and the association sector. A frequent speaker at industry conferences, she is considered a change agent, helping clients tackle big, bold problems, identifying emerging trends and developing pragmatic solutions.
Isabelle is on the Board of the Youth Services Bureau Foundation, is a member of Women in Communications and Technology, and sits on the advisory committees of Ringside for Youth and Informed Opinions. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences sharing her expertise in digital transformation and the impact of technology on consumer behaviour.
A seasoned communications strategist, Wendy is a Senior Associate (bilingual) with Blueprint offering the depth and expertise that comes with more than 25 years’ experience. “Define or be defined” drives Wendy’s client thinking and strategy-program designs. She has directed health, research, technology and finance-related campaigns for public and private sector organizations. With experience as both agency counsel and client, Wendy understands how “busy” defines internal client working environments. Montreal-born, Wendy has held senior communications positions across the country, bringing a truly national perspective to the Blueprint team.
Wendy is the recipient of a Canadian Marketing Association national award for public relations (2009) and numerous other client satisfaction awards.
Veronica Green is a communications and public affairs professional with a background in communication strategy, research and government policy. She joins Blueprint from Maru/Matchbox, a research and consulting firm, where she conducted quantitative and qualitative research (in English and French) for not-for-profits and charities including national organizations, museums and health care centres. Veronica previously worked for the federal government at Transport and Public Safety Canada as a policy analyst. As a graduate of Carleton University's Masters of Journalism program, she is an effective communicator. While completing her Masters she interned in CTV's Parliamentary Bureau and CBC's Power and Politics. Veronica is an active member and volunteer with Sunnybrook Next Generation, part of the Sunnybrook Foundation in Toronto.
Veronica has a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) Political Science from Queen's University and a Masters of Journalism from Carleton University.
As a senior bilingual consultant, Lisa offers over two decades of strategic communications, public relations, marketing, event planning, corporate training and group facilitation experience. Her project management skills, coupled with a passion for people, consistently result in successful outcomes for clients that range from not-for-profit organizations to profit-driven businesses.
Lisa has been the Interim Vice-President, Enterprise Marketing and Communications at the Canadian Medical Association and the Director of Communications and Member Outreach for the Canadian Nurses Association. Lisa also has extensive corporate training experience, making her a sought after moderator and facilitator of leadership and management training and strategic planning initiatives.
Joel Baglole is a former staff reporter of The Wall Street Journal and Toronto Star newspapers. He has written articles from Iceland to Indonesia, and in every Canadian province. For the past decade, Joel has worked in all aspects of corporate communications and government relations, helping clients in economic sectors ranging from agriculture and defence to healthcare and banking.
Carl Martin is a fluently bilingual strategic communications specialist and trainer with more than 15 years’ experience in a wide range of areas including issues management, media relations, special events, as well as brand development and management. A former newspaper and TV journalist, Carl has provided communications services, media training and coaching to senior executives and volunteers in both the public and private sectors. He has worked in health care, municipal affairs, arts and culture, police and law enforcement, as well as in the not-for-profit sector.
Carl is the recipient of several communications awards from organizations such as the Health Care Public Relations Association of Canada, the Canadian Public Relations Society and the International Association of Business Communicators.
